AREA OF OPERATION

The area of operation of organization shall be in Tanzania mainland, the meaning of which is as ascribed to it under the provision of the constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania.

VISION STATEMENT.

The organization^’s vision is to have youth and society of Tanzania free from poverty trap

MISSION STATEMENT.

Our organization provide venue to help youth to understand different ways of helping themselves out of the poverty as well as to enhance coordination and promotion of the youth programs relating to the life of the youth in the country.

OBJECTIVES.

The objectives of organization shall be as follow:-

1.To raise awareness to youth  regarding the acute problem of poverty  in the society and country        at large.

2.To create youth groups and provision of entrepreneurship knowledge such as: preparation of business plans, project implementation skills, marketing knowledge, management of their finance and the likes.

3.Support establishment of new business venture.

4.To mobilize youth to participate in environmental and natural resources management for health, safety and increasing sustainable livelihoods.

5.To create a productive and self sustaining youth population, capable of protecting themselves and their communities against the risk of  HIV/AIDS, Malaria and violence.

6.To provide education  programmes to youth about entrepreneurship using media channel such as radio, television, print, internet, face book, ,but also through workshops, seminars, conference and congresses among others.

7.To improve socio-economic condition among the youth as a way to prevent idleness and relapse.

8.To promote relaxation programmes to youth such as sports games, dances and singing in order to promote their talents  in the societies

9.To network with the government ,NGOs, CBOs, FBOs, different institutions within and outside the country and individual person in organization operation.
